Busty Elfdalian Farmark Tracker Varanaya

Varanaya is a young Omurith elf under 200 years old, still carrying her bare root name with no era-suffixes. She began as a heartwood shaper's apprentice, a conventional Omurith path, but kept drifting to the edges of the grove rather than its heart. Her gift is unusual: where most Omurith elves read the land through sound and rootsong, Varanaya reads it through the raw scent of the soil itself and not through the worn emotional perfumes of her kinsfolk. She can smell a wrong arcane tide in the undergrowth, detect disturbances before they become visible, and read border tensions in the air weeks before they crest.

Roughly thirty years ago she released the apprenticeship at the Hollowing. What pulled her out of Omurith was an anomalous growth pattern at the region's eastern border: forest expanding in the wrong directions, responding to a rhythm that didn't match the arcane tides. She spent three seasons mapping it by scent before she encountered other trackers who recognised what she was seeing. They were members of Kavuşov, also known as the Farmark. Twelve years later, so is she.

She is the youngest member of the Omurith contingent. The Farmark suits her because it asks her to do exactly what she does naturally: go read what the land is saying, then come back and report. Whether that constitutes an era of purpose or just a long detour, she hasn't decided yet. The anomaly she first discovered has since tripled in size: and she has recently detected something in its soil she can't name, that she hasn't reported to anyone.
