After two years of doing this, I'm proud to say there's very little I can't make happen. Whatever character you have in mind, chances are I can bring them to life exactly as you're imagining.

Character - $100 - $150

Own a one-of-a-kind adoptable character, fully crafted by me in ohshinakai style, or bring your very own OC to life! Every adoptable includes 7 original images plus a detailed character backstory with personality, motivations, quirks and favorite things they enjoy. All delivered in a zip or 7z archive via Google Drive.

Story Illustrations - $50 - $100

Bring your most memorable scene to life. Whether it's from your own story or set in the worlds of Fantastiska, Aldermark, or Blue Revere: just send me a scene reference or excerpt and I'll turn it into a single, fully illustrated moment worth framing. Perfect for readers, writers, and fans who want their favorite story brought to life visually.

Story Cover - $100 - $200

Your story has an audience waiting: give them something to click on. I design high-resolution covers built for DeviantArt promotion, ideal for mature and explicit stories that need striking visual representation. Delivered as a PNG with and without title text. Need the PSD for future edits? Add it on for an additional fee.

What kind of characters can you do?

What does an adoptable cost?

Characters from my Original Characters gallery start at $100 USD. Want something fully custom. Your own concept or a character from an existing franchise? That starts at $150 USD.

Subscriber discount?

Absolutely. If you're subscribed on DeviantArt or here on ohshinakai.com, you get a discount on your commission (story commissions excluded).

What I won't do

No furry or anthropomorphic characters. I don't take commissions for furries or anthropomorphic animal characters, with the exception of OCs already featured in my galleries.
No underage characters. I will not depict underage, minor, or aged-up characters under any circumstances. If it would break the ToS on DeviantArt or Patreon, I won't do it.
No excessive gore or violence. Characters and scenes involving graphic mutilation or extreme violence are off the table. Mature themes handled tastefully are fine. For example, a vampire with blood at her lips is acceptable, but mutilated body parts are not.

Licensing Terms

All adoptables come with a royalty-free license, giving you permanent, worldwide permission to use the character and associated assets across multiple projects with a single one-time payment.

Perpetuity. Your license has no expiration date. Once you own it, it's yours to use indefinitely.
Worldwide. You can use the adoptable anywhere in the world, without restrictions.
Non-exclusive. This license does not grant exclusive rights. I reserve the right to post or promote the character even after adoption. However, the same assets will never be resold or redistributed to another buyer.
No reselling. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially market the included assets directly. Use in derived works is permitted.
No attribution required. You are not obligated to credit me as the creator, though it is always appreciated when possible.

Terms of Use

AI generated content. All images are created using AI generation software, based on my own original ideas and character designs. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
Non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your request. If work has already begun and you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued. Please review my DeviantArt profile or website portfolio before commissioning.
What's included. All seven (7) images shown in the preview are included. You will receive a zip archive containing PNG files in 4K resolution, watermark-free. A PDF containing the character backstory and a copy of these Terms is also included.
Free to customize. After purchase, you are free to rename the character, rewrite their backstory, or keep the existing one as-is.
Agreement. By commissioning an adoptable, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
