Vexari is a Tranquility City native and one of the Somnium Arcades' rising VR Experience Designers. They were the people who build the full-immersion Dream Pod scenarios that tourists and locals pay good Solaris to lose themselves in.

She grew up in the mid-levels of the city, the daughter of a KLT-born environmental systems technician and a BLT shopkeeper who ran a small electronics repair stall near Earth's View Promenade: the working middle of Tranquility's service economy. She was the kid who took apart every piece of tech in the apartment and didn't always get it back together. What she did have was an eye for spectacle. She spent her teenage years sneaking into Pink Moon District clubs she was too young for, studying how Holo-Performers built their street shows, and reverse-engineering the projection rigs from scavenged parts.

She never went the performer route herself though. Too much ego management, too much reliance on crowd energy. What she wanted was control over the entire experience. VR design gave her that. She talked her way into a junior technician role at the Somnium Arcades at nineteen, spent two years maintaining Dream Pods and patching other designers' buggy scenarios, and eventually got her first solo commission: a short experience called Freefall, a simple but viscerally effective simulation of jumping from Tranquility City's upper spires into open lunar vacuum. It was terrifying. Customers loved it.
