Oriellah Sunhollow is a 41-year-old cambion Illuminant of Halana̅nyan serving at the Mountain Temple of Myrampos in Sadoros. Born in Theodassa to a human Sadoran potter and a cambion contract ritualist, she grew up as the only cambion child in a Miella̅hian League school, where she learned early to be still, precise, and careful with attention.

At fourteen, she watched the Illuminants perform their dawn rites at the Mountain Temple during a family visit and knew she wanted to train with them. She entered the novitiate at fifteen, proved herself a gifted but relentlessly questioning student, and was raised to full Illuminant at eighteen.

Her career took her from ministering to pilgrims at Myrampos, to a three-year posting in Theodassa where she rebuilt the local temple’s strained relationship with the Miella̅hian League through quiet, unorthodox diplomacy. At twenty-six, she made a pilgrimage to Nuripata and was permitted to observe the Sun-Binder dawn rite in the Amber Threshold, the first cambion granted that in forty years. She returned carrying a copper disc from a Sun-Binder and a conviction that true worship of Halana̅nyan is about witnessing, not obedience.

She has served at the Mountain Temple for fifteen years since, overseeing dawn rites, training novices, and maintaining a quiet, immovable resistance to the Order of the Chalice’s growing influence over Halana̅nyan worship in the region. She doesn’t oppose Grand Hieratic Estrada publicly. She simply continues practising the older, observation-based tradition and outlasts.
