(Left and Right) Busty Tianlunese Warrior Xuehai Aiyun (Middle) Huge Breasted Marcela in skirt and bikini top
Aiyun was born to the Frostward Line of House Xuehai, the elite mountain wardens of the Zhin Mountains. Her pale gold hair marked her as unusual from birth. The Frostwards treated it as a liability; Readers of the Tianlu who passed through the high settlements whispered it was Tianyi's light made visible. Aiyun trained as all Frostward children train: blade drills on frozen ground, endurance marches through deep snow, and the patient discipline of watching a pass for months. She took to twin swords early, an uncommon choice among wardens who favored polearms and heavy shields, but she was fast enough to make the style work.
Her break with the Frostwards began after a season guarding an outpost near the Pass of Zhinlian, where she felt the ground shifting beneath the stone in ways she could not explain. Frostward command told her to note it and stay silent. She did not. A Reader stationed near Fang Xiao confirmed that what Aiyun described matched patterns the Readers had tracked for years: the Celestial Roads thinning, flow interrupted by something deep below. That conversation turned her toward Sky Harmonism with a seriousness that unsettled her family, and she learned to read blockage the way the Readers did, applying those principles to swordwork as readily as theology. A blade that found the gap where resistance had already thinned was, to her mind, Harmonist.
After her mother's death, Aiyun stopped returning to the garrison. She ranges the Zhin Mountains alone now, following high trails between outpost villages and pilgrimage shrines in dark green robes over light armor, offering her swords where they are needed and moving on when the need passes. She carries seven Frostward tattoos marking passes defended, and an eighth mark on her shoulder that is not a pass. Among the mountain villagers, she is simply the golden-haired woman with two swords who appears when the passes grow dangerous and leaves when they grow still.
